It did not, so I had to buy one separately, thus first negative.
Like all of my electric guitar purchases in the past, I expected a case to accompany the guitar. Overall a worthy instrument despite some flaws and ommisions. This guitar is amazingly lightweight and easy to play especially after I take it though my own personal set-up process.I will probably make the changes I stat ed as well as add a Leonnon comemorative nut cover for fun but none of these things will change the way it plays which is just great.no complaints. I have owned a 335 and still own some Gibsons and will put it and some of my other Epi's up against them anyday. I don't like the pick-up cover or the tuners and will probably eventually remove it and replace them with grover locking tuners as Lennon did and I love the natural finish.
It gives a full sparkling jangle to the sound that is so chracteristic of many Beatles tunes. I like the sound of th P90 pick-ups and the enhanced acoustic tenor of its sound as it lacks the mahogany block. I really Love this 'almost John Lennon' tribute guitar.Īs a huge Beatle fan, I was attracted to to this guitar as a favourite of John Lennon as well as the other Beatles.
